With experience in the tools and techniques of talent researc h, this position is at the coalface of our recruiting efforts, representing the company in conversation w ith top talent. The role w ill provide exposure to a variety of businesses, industries and functions and partner on roles of all levels of experienced hire. You w ill Work on numerous projects and search assignments concurrently.
Key Qualifications
- Experience of sourcing and candidate generation within an executive search firm, recruitment agency and/or in-house recruitment function desirable.
- Experience of multiple sourcing channels, including CV database mining, Boolean search techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, platforms, referral generation etc.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and CRMs a plus.
- Working within a complex, multi-national organization is a benefit and multiple country/region and global search experience is a must.
- Minimum 4-8 Years of experience in an external executive search firm or headhunting staffing company is required.

You Will
- Research and build talent pipelines for current and future roles, supporting the Recruitment team and leadership in hiring the best talent for the clients. This includes:
- Reviewing and evaluating candidate applications and/or proactively sourced resumes against required experience, education, and skills.
- Creation of detailed research documents based on both comprehensive desk and telephone research/Linkedin etc.
- Reporting on research findings and maintaining candidate database.
- Approaching potential candidates; gauging interest and suitability for specific positions.
- In collaboration with the Recruitment leadership team, be instrumental in crafting and executing the research strategy for ta lent pooling, market mapping, market research and competitor analysis.
- Be at the forefront of utilizing technology to execute the latest sourcing techniques and methods.
- Research activities for executive search assignments at a global scale.
The Successful Applicant
Track record in an executive search company on an independent research role. Familiarity and interest in general aspects of the economy, business sectors, market trends. Entrepreneurial spirit with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Fluency in English at business level is a must.
