He has extensive knowledge in the staffing industry, recruitment processes and corporate HR in MNC organizations like Tata, HP, Expedia and Red Hat. Manish has an outstanding track record in recruitment for key positions at an executive level, senior and middle management with the ability to interact and relate with a broad spectrum of people from different cultural backgrounds at all levels. He has hands on experience in recruiting, sourcing, qualifying, validation, company/candidate co-ordination and contributing to new business in Asia Pacific & Japan (APJ) for the C-level, regional and country specific positions. Manish moved to Singapore in 2007 to expand the scope of his recruiting experience across all Asian Countries. He has steered the highly successful recruiting teams. He mentored and trained the teams to reach their maximum potential and supported the corporates to hire the best talent at the executive and mid to senior levels. He has won many awards and recognition for outstanding efforts and transforming a number of hires through Strategic Staffing in Singapore and APJ region. He has degree in Arts and has a strong technology background. He loves Wildlife and Nature photography, Music, Travelling, Cooking and passionate about Cricket.
